hi

i want to clean my injectors and am planning on removing them . my question is what are some good methods to clean the

That thread includes one of my brilliant ideas using a basketball and its inflation needle:
Get about an 18" length of fuel line that fits tightly over the injector inlet. Fill the tube with carb cleaner. Put the other end of the tube over the BIG end of the inflation needle, and poke the needle into the b-ball. That gives you about 10 psi of pressure--that's not high pressure, but it should be enough. Once you've got that set up, pulse the injector from the battery, and look for an even spray pattern. Be careful of where the cleaner goes because you're dealing with sparks and flammible liquid.

The basketball method worked well for me but, unless your budget is an issue, I'd send them out to one of the professional services I listed.

marren fuel injection in ct is great..they flow test them reverse cycle show the before and after results flash test them the whole 9 yards..if you send them the stock injectors to get cleaned and flow tested with new o rings and seals its all under $100...do them right injectores arnt something to diy clean..its the fundementals of our cars...all 7's are fuel thirsty
