would it be ok to run primary RC 440cc injectors on a modded N/A... or would it lean out badly?

It really depends. You would more than likely have no problems since the stock ones are 460 anyways. But you can buy some stock ones for pretty cheap.

Partsamerica.com stocks rebuilt 460cc for 86-88 low impedance for $59 each.
