Injector swapping

Is it possible to put an S4 high impedance injector into an S5? Obviously cutting the pigtails and splicing them into the S5 harness, but would it work without any issues? Basically I have four 550cc injectors from my S4 TII that I want to put into an S5 TII to get it running. It makes sense to me that it would work, but I know next to nothing about wiring .

They're the exact same thing aside from the plug shape. Plug 'n play.
