clarify your question please. Call me ignorant, but I'm not sure what injector lag times are. Why are you asking?

Hi,

Thanks for the response.

The lag time or latency as its some times called is the time (usually in ms) that it takes the injector to activate from receiving its signal.

As a guideline i was able to find that the 660cc Low Impedance type injectors, used on the FC3S(older) model with the 13B engine have a lag time of 0.55ms.

I have been able to find almost every other injector lag time except the bloody 460cc's

I want this information to input into my engine management software.

Cheers
Mark

It just copied the information directly from this site:

http://www.powerenterpriseusa.net/pr...or/list.htm#ma

I don't want any information for the 660cc's 550cc's etc though.

Its the 460cc's i would like the info on.

So does anyone know the latency/lag time on the 460cc (195500-2010) injectors?

Cheers

Id just go with the .55 youve found, should be within a few ms of what it should be. Wouldnt think a few ms off would matter enough to ever be able to tell. Id imagine 460's would be a bit less, so maybe .45 or .5 ms

You're configuring a Megasquirt? The time commonly used is 1ms.
