Injector Installation
Is there a proper way to install both the primary and secondary injectors?
The FSM indicates some sort of alignment but its a bit hard to understand.
Can I just drop them in and put the fuel rail back on?

From what I know from doing that is basically it. The one thing you want to check for though is the grommets that the injectors sit on. Mine are cracked and putting new injectors in caused a huge vacuum leak. So you may want to allot some time to make sure they are still good, and if they aren't either get some new ones from the Mazda dealership <-- don't reccomend, or order them from mazdaformance. Hope that helps.

Ayone else have any input on this? The FSM is very vague about how exactly to align the injectors. Should the electrical connectors on the primary rail face toward the driver or passenger side of the car, or does it even matter?
Thanks,

It matters, if memory serves me right.. the wiring harness for the injectors comes in from the drivers side.. Therefor, i think the connectors must face that way.
