Injector impedance question

Hey guys,

going to buy a pair of bosch 1680cc injectors, these have an impedance of 9.10 ohm.

I am thinking about buying a pair of fresh bosch 550cc injectors aswell, and the ones that I find have an impedance of 12ohm.

Does that actualy matter? That difference between those two?

160lb/hour Bosch Fuel Injector High Impedance with EV1 - 0280158827

52lb/h 550cc Bosch Fuel Injector w/ EV1 Connector - 0280158279-EV1

thanks

you should be alright. the factory injector drivers can handle down to about 5 ohms impedance

Impedance doesn't matter because the standalone you use will be able to drive any impedance most likely. Unless it's the Haltech Sprint RE or the MS3X, which have only high impedance drivers. But in that case you can always run injector resistors to compensate.
