Injector impedance ?.. need help ASAP!

I have a 1988 TII.. It's got red top injectors.

I bought a pair of blue top 720CC injectors.

Do I need resistors with them? if yes, what size. I just wire them in line with either wire, right?

theres tons of threads on this use the search with my name in it, posted numerous times about it, but alas all my knowlegde is going to college right now and i can remeber off the top of my head some thing like 10 ohm restistor or something and just wire them inline on the injector wires doesn't matter wich wire you use...

Thanks!

From your post WAY back in january '03 I see that I will need 2x 10ohm, 20 watt resistors.

Correct?

Looking back, I guess I could have just measured the resistance of my current injectors vs. my new ones... oops!

Yse I believe the 88 10th's were high impedance so you will need a 10ohm by 10watt resistor for each injector that is low impedance(720's).

the plugs on my 88 are square just like the blue 720cc's. i just popped them into the plugs. square connectors = low impedence. i drove it around no boggle or anything so i dont need resistors.

I also just updated the FAQ with injector impedances, colours, and the year they came from. Down at the bottom.
