Injector Dynamics 720cc and Stock Fuel Rail

I have an 89 RX7 GXL->Turbo swap. Looking to upgrade fuel to support a turbo upgrade. Hoping for the GT35R and somewhere around 350HP. First question is does anyone know if the Injector Dynamics 720cc injectors will go into the stock primary rail, and will the Injector Dynamics 1000 go into the secondary? If not what is necessary?

According to Banzai-racing's fuel calculator that should be enough to support my 350 hp goals, any comments on this?

Only other question is if I need to modify anything, is it worthwhile to just convert to a parallel fuel system while upgrading other necessary parts?

I have the injector dynamics ID 725cc to go with the primaries and the injector dynamics ID 2000 which are 2200cc to go on the secondaries for my project on a paraller fuel system with AN fittings and SS fuel hoses. I am using the stock S4 rails on my S5 turbo.

Are those the S4 Turbo fuel rails or the S4 NA? If I recall correctly they aren't the same. So the 720cc and the 2000cc fit with no modifications to the S4 rails?

They are the S4 turbo rails. The reason I use those is because I am using AN fittings on them which you can not with the S5 turbo rails, unless you cut them and do some welding on them to accept AN fittings. My rails are JDM but they should be the same with the US. The difference between the rails is the JDM cars have the PD on the secondary rail instead of the primary.

Mine are bold on. You just need to get the denso type application (11mm full length with denso donuts).

So, if that is the better route, I can find S4 turbo rails, but I can also just cut some S5 turbo rails and make my own easy enough if the injectors go in just the same. I have a set, and can source another set of S5 turbo rails pretty easy.

One note for you man. If your factory injector clips are oval, if you get the ID 725, or the ID 1000 you need to get oval denso clips in order to use them since they are the square type. The ID 2000 though do not need the denso oval clips since they are the oval denso type and they bold on to the factory harness.
If you do not want to use AN fittings you do not need to cut the S5 rails

If I run a Haltech is there any problem with just running ID 1000 for primary and secondaries? If I am shooting for above 350 to the wheels, 720 and 1000 leaves me a little short according to rx7.com's calculator after I figure in drivetrain losses. Four 1000cc injectors would give me a little extra room at 85% duty cycle. I mentioned Banzai's calculator earlier, sorry it was rx7.com

ID1000's on primaries and secondaries is fine. They have the same low flow limit as a bosch 945 red top (36lb) injector so will be plenty controllable for idle and drivability. We have even run our 2200cc injectors as primaries on gas and e85 without issue.

post a link to the injectors.

For your purposes, there are two basic styles: Bosch style and Denso style. The Denso style have a grommet at the bottom (like stock). The Bosch style have an o-ring at the bottom and have a larger top o-ring. They need an aftermarket rail to work.
