injector connectors S4

I'm working on an S4, all of the injector conectors are broken.

They are the older type with a metal clip. I have several intact injector connectors from JDM harness, all of the newer type that don't use the metal clip.

Does anyone know if the spade connectors will fit the new type connector?

I am asking rather than just trying it because if they don't I don't want to **** **** up. The connectors will still work as it is.

The rectangular plugs are "Bosch type" fuel injector plugs.
They are easily found - try and check eBay.
Someone mentioned big chain parts stores carry them in stock - Pep Boys? Autozone?
