my convertible auto, the indicator lamps on the instrument panel shows N all the time
I can put the car in D and it goes foward ok ,pur it on R and goes reverse with no problem the panel still shows N all the time but the drive is sluggish and no Power ,no overdrive?the lock swith works ok the ligth gos on an off but no effect on the drive
Is the problem the inibitor swich?
I olso can star the car in any gear,I chech the schematic and the inibitor swich gives the signal to the automatic CPU wich in turns activates the selenoids on the transmission ,is this the correct diagnostics can I drive the car like that with no problem or future damage until the new swith arrives from the dealer?
