inconsistent speeds
I have a 87 TII ,before and now after rebuild - - Sometimes it drives real fast and pulls very hard, other times it pulls like a n/a integra or something... I dont unnderstand what the problem could be

Anyone have any ideas at all or had this same problem??? could it be a turbo issue? It has done this for as long as Ive owned the car... Even when it was completely stock

+1 on heatsoak...
whether it's cold outside or not, if you're using the stock top mount IC, it will get as hot as the engine is...
the TPS (if not in spec) can rob you of some HP as well...
you might want to check your timing too...

where can I get the parts to put a fmic together tubing and intercooler for the cheapest price and still be good...Ebay etc? What kits have other people used or got and they like it for a good price.

Could not having enough washers in my bov cause any problems...? To me it just doesnt seem like its a heat soak issue because itll do it even when the engine is cool sometimes...I have a turboXS RFL and i only have 1 maybe 2 washers in it? and im running 10psi.

Well after examining everything ive come to realize it is heat soaking thankyou. Everytime the car is cool it runs like a rocket.
im going to be ordering a mazda thermo. soon and goiing to be purchasing a intercooler kit off my buddy its brand new, are ebay intercoolers efficient enough?
