Ok i have a s5 manifold and soon an extra TB. I read all about the tB mod and i tried looking up porting and polishing a manifold but none of the thread i found have working pictures or links. Can someone help me out. Also I asked a few times before but dont remember ever getting a clear answer but is it true that a s5 lim can only mate to a s5 block? I only ask cause I need to know what my lim is to know if port matching would eb necessary for the new uim. I ahve a s5 block with s4 front cover, dynamic chamber and uim but dont knwo hwo to tell the lims apart .Thanks in advance.

The intakes are mostly interchangeable. I have S5 intake on a S4 block without problems. Port and polishing might help airflow, but i'm not certain. The TB mod really doesn't do anything except maybe better throttle response. (I have it done, could not tell a difference).
