Question I'm stuck!

I have a '90 GLX n/a & I think I have bad electrical problem. I got my ecu rebuilt because it was fried(I bought the car like this). I got a brand new battery since the old one was drained. Put in some new spark plugs. I thought I was good to go. I took about a week and my new battery was drained! My car doesn't even start. That's me second problem. It cranks just fine but won't start. I got it to turn on a couple of time and it shut off after a few seconds. I think that might be the fuel pump or maybe tunning. I'm relly not sure though. Has anyone had any of these problems??

Must determine what is draining the battery. Has the alternator been checked? Is the alt belt tight enough to keep the battery charged? Remove the positive bat cable. Put a meter between the positive terminal and cable head and check to see if any drain when key off.
Engine could be flooded. Remove plugs and check for wet plugs (gas). Rmove the egi fuse and crank the engine over, with the plugs out and see if gas is blown out the plug holes. Be careful, don't get a jolt from the plug wires.

You need to do a current draw test and see what your draw is for the car when the engine is off.
