Read the stickies in the forum. They're located at the top of the page.

Kevin Landers rebuilds engines starting at around $1000 plus freight, Rotaryresurrection.com - if he can't help you, he can probably recommend someone that can. You may even have a decent RX7 specialty tuning shop in your neck of the woods - we have at least 3 here in DFW that I know about.

search you can always find the answer here!! Theres way too much to list in one post. Just type anything in the search section of the forum. Check the Vendors and Group Buy section also, most are trustworthy!!

Rules for coping with the Rx7club.com:

1. Search for it. With no Rx7s in the United States that aren't at least 10 years old and most that are 20, there's probably no topic that hasn't been touched upon at least once. Since you're new to the car, the first 50 questions you have have probably been gone over eleventy-jillion times.

2. Search again, change some words and broaden it out some. I know if you've already gotten this far, you're probably not going to listen to this, but you'll understand later.

3. Read the Newcomers FAQ. These are for your own good.

4. Browse the FAQs Forum. Lots of good information in there.

5. If all else fails, and I mean ALL else - searching, reading everything, pacts with various religious figures good and evil . . . post a new question.

6. Wait for a response longer than 10 minutes. There are helpful people here, but they're not exactly waiting for people to post questions just to fulfil some need to help people, they'll get to you when you have time.

7. Wait longer - if you REALLY feel the urge to bump your message to the top, don't just type Bump or TTT, because that is an invitation to surprise buttsecks. Try adding some bit of information you thought of that might be pertinent to figuring out the answer to your problem.

8. Now that you've posted your question, do you understand why I listed search twice? Don't you feel silly? Roger the forum-troll has 18 copies of that question in his bookmarks, and his answer is going to be "Search N00b" instead of posting something helpful.

9. If your question was in the FAQs, hang your head in shame. Keep in good spirits, apologize for missing it, and go read the answer. You'll search better next time.

10. If you find a thread that's similar to your topic, revive it! There will be people that make fun of you for reviving a thread on springs that has been dead for 4 years, but that's better than getting flamed for not searching. If someone gives you crap for reviving a thread, tell them that you found it when you were searching, and they'll pretty much have to leave you alone.

11. Welcome to the club. Remember Gabriel's GIFT (Greater Internet F***wad Theory) Anonymity + Audience = F***wad
