I'm really starting to scare other drivers

hey guys, I've got a problem with my hazzards/ turn signals.
I've been searching on here for weeks but didn't see a similar
problem to mine. Everything works fine
then I'll hit a bump or pound my stereo too hard then the
hazzard lights will start
flashing out of control. They don't blink consistently
either they just sort of go on a random fury then they just stop.
I've already replaced the turn signal switch and
the cpu, with no luck. I've checked the wiring and can't seem
to find a short anywhere. Has anyone ever experienced this
exact problem before?

dang, man, I don't know. my answer sucks, but it should theoretically work: look in the FSM, get the wiring diagram for the hazard light system and check EVERY inch of wiring and reseat every connection and check every line for continuity and check every related sensor (the FSM will have testing procedures for that, too).

It's definately a fast flash, probably like 3 or 4 times per second. I haven't got a voltmeter hooked up in the car. It's a turbo so it didn't have one stock. I could use my multimeter but it only happens while driving, so that wouldn't really work. Is there a seperate ground for this circut? If so any idea where it is?
I'm also not 100% sure the used cpu that I bought is any good, apparently they were problematic in FC's.

Did you check the room fuse?

Someone back me up on this, but I think you can measure voltage from the cigarette lighter. There's a 2 pin plug on the back that supplies 12v to it and has a ground. You could hook up a multimeter to that and set it next to you while driving.

I'd recommend having a passenger look at it so you don't wreck.

The FC and FD and MX-3 and a couple others all used the same flasher board in he CPU, so a bad flasher board is not a FC dedicated problem.

Fast flash is indicating a short in the wiring or low voltage situation

So finally made a revolution with a bunch of these problems I've been having.
Turns out there was a short in my factory alarm system, causing my hazzards
to flash at warp speed randomly. Had half the dash apart when I realized this.
One of the trigger sensors had a broke wire, the one connected to the hood latch.
Now with that sorted the only other important thing not working is my horn. It's got power for it entering the CPU but not leaving from it, so that narrows the problem down. I cant see any obvious sign of a short on the circut board. Is the horn relay part of the CPU repairable?
