i'm an NA guy now. just bought my second FC

well i am officially the owner of my second FC. i bought it this morning from drew (Delta rotary) for 1700 bucks.

1700 bucks for a very nice 91 GXL. 145k miles, good compression, runs perfect and everything works.
i started it up in the cold this morning and it shot to 3k rpms and slowly dropped down to a nice smooth 600-700rpm idle.
all of the little interior stuff works fine. Every switch, the windshield wipers, the headlights, mouse belts, factory alarm, even the rear wiper works.you get the point: everything works.
only things wrong with the car were the salvage title (from the hail) and paint dings and bald rear tires

the dings in the paint are totally worth getting this car for a mere 1700 bucks!

now we can just hope that this one doesnt have an engine fire like the 87 turboII did (RIP)

all you guys missed out we are gonna take some massive high resolution pictures tonight with my friends expensive digital camera and post the pics on here so check back later tonight.

Salvage title....ewwwwwwwww! I have a turboii that I got for 750 with a Salvage Title. Nearly broke my ***** getting that straightened out and put in my name. I'm sure you'll be more fortunate.

Now you can experience NA reliability and rediscover the sweetness of the original RX-7 concept.

Oh forgot to mention, way to go finding one for only 1700 bux. I got my 87 base for 1200 and was a happy man, 1700 for a s5 is a deal.

Just replace the PD real quick-like and get a fire extinguisher. Mine will be so equipped when it is finished being rebuilt

that really sucks about your T2, I didn't read about it just saw the sig and figured out the rest. I really need another 7 too, preferably a reliable one; n/a.

my plans are to not have an engine fire, not mod the car, and use it as a dependable car.

Hey jacob, mazdatrix has some pretty weak pictures from an engine fire on their website, perhaps you should send yours in as a replacement
