Nope, the racing beat dp is meant for custom exhaust or to hook up to the presilencer. The dp plus presilencer reaches stock catback location, but the presilencer is longer than the stock cat (stock cat 17.5" silencer 20" I believe) so JUST the dp will not reach the stock cat.

I put that dp in along with the cat replacement pipe, and everything worked fine. Nothing had to be customized.

You mean it hooks up to the stock CATBACK location, but not the CAT. The cat replacement pipe (presilencer) will go to the catback location just fine. His question was whether or not it would hook up to the stock CAT, the presilencer (cat replacement) would not allow this.

Stock catback, not cat, ie the name midpipe, replacing the stock cat.

OK so Im the guy hes talking about, well so I could get the rb down pipe, Im in AZ so I have emissions and have to have a cat, so would I buy the DP then buy another flange to weld to a high flow cat that bolt it to the DP , then weld the back of the cat the the rest of the exhaust?haha sorry if that confuses you.

If you wanted to run the stock cat with the RB downpipe you could put the DP in and have a custom pipe put in for the space between the dp and stock cat.

Or you could just get the corksport 3" tapered to 2.5" dp that will bolt to the stock cat.

Throw the cats back on for a day. It's not that much work.

So I could just unbolt the test pipe and bolt up the cats right? For emmisions.

If you're using the racing beat flywheel it'll be 2 pipes. The smaller one that is the gap between the dp and stock cat location, and the one that is 17.5" long (stock cat length). But yes you could.
