I'm going to shoot my RX7 TII!!!

here It Goes....i've Been Working On My Rx7 Ever Since I Got It Last Month. It's Got New Fuel Pump. New Plugs Wires. Injectors Work. Spark Is Good. Compression Is Good. Try Using Starter Fluid Nothing. It Just Cranks. I Even Put Motor Oil In The Leading Plugs For Compression. It Cranks Over But Nothing. I'm To The Point Were I Want To Shoot It Or Drive It Off A Cliff. Any Suggestions?

i bet timing is off. Try restabbing the CAS and adjusting it.

Do I use a timing light? Or is there any other way of adjusting the timing?

I can get you damn close without a timing light... Take the CAS out and then turn the motor over so that the timing mark on the engine lines up with the leading notch in the pulley. (the bottom notch of the two) Now there is a dot/depression dimple etc on the bottom gear of your CAS. Line that dot up with the mark on the Aluminum shaft on the CAS. I recommend you take the CAS cover off to make sure that as you are puting the CAS back into the engine the shaft doesn't move too much. Its ok if it moves a little being you can adjust it later when you time it. I have attached a picture I drew to help simplify things... Ask if you need any other details. when all else fails or you're confused look in the Factory Service manual. The entire book is written very easy so anyone can understand what and how to do something. I just checked and the FSM explains my process (although without as much detail) in section 5 page 35.
