Awesome! I'm sure with a lot of work, it'll be a hell of a car!

are you sure it's a legit `10thAE?... it DOES have s5 tail lights, and white trim....

nvm. that actually looks like painted S4 trim. if you want it to look like a 10th AE, you're gonna have some work. but then again, you're gonna have work anyhow.

good luck with the project, and welcome to the 2nd gen section!

I would consider this an awesome start. Nice open engine bay and so many options. How much did you pick it up for??

Well, not a whole lot, to be honest. BUT I do know a LITTLE something about them, and I just flaked about the trim.

Only on here. I forgot you guys have painted trim. Still, the swapped headlights are weird. Oh, and I forgot to mention, the spoiler is black, though it does have the right wheels.

So it seems it has the trim, wheels, and badge going for it. However, the tail lights and spoiler both could indicate that someone was going for a 10thAE look on a modded S5, and just never found/painted the last few parts. If you think about it, there are almost as many signs that the car isn't legit, as there are that it is. Just pointing that out.

Anyhow, I hope for your sake it is an actual 10th AE, and I hope you love it!

It more like a modded ae s4. Nobody would replace color matched s5 trim for painted s4 trim and swap out an s5 front bumper which has an embossed mazda logo and larger fog light bins for the smaller matching s4 bump. What they could have done is take a non AE s4 and added s5 lights, a black spoiler (why?), ae wheels, the badges, and ae white paint. But either way, who cares. Its a nice lookin fc and not different than any factory ae ive ever seen, which btw, it's probably a real ae. Who would go through such trouble to mod out a non ae to look real but then add s5 lights and a black spoiler? Also notice the black interior, which was standard on ae 7s if im not mistaken. Nice buy bro.

No disrespect was intended; I'm sure it will be a very nice car when you're done.

> 10 AE with a black rear spoiler and S5 lights? Ah hell, it's still a nice car to look at, and even better when it's done.
