Did you read the info in the link you just put up?
U need the (auto) counterweight for all lightweight flywheels (lightweight=lighter than stock...)
I had the 12lb fidanza flywheel in my old 13bre vert... The flywheel is good b/c the revs raise faster, but the also drop faster (so it can hurt u in the turns if you dont heel and toe...) Get a scatter shield...
"1.3L 13B-RE Turbo, FC3S When using ZF01 flywheel in vehicles built prior to 1/89 use adapter / counterweight N327-11-521A. Vehicles after 1/89 use adapter / counterweight N351-11-521. "

Most likely yes, there are some flywheels that are lightened but still have a built in counterweight. So please call Exedy to ensure if you need it or not.
The M/T's counterweight was built in to the flywheel, the Automatic Transmissions had the counterweight as a separate piece, a lightened flywheel is a balanced unit and you use the auto counterweight to counter the rotors.
