Hey there. I've removed the egr on s4s in the past with good results, but will an s5 na throw any annoying codes? All emissions intact minus rb exhaust. I want to block it off in hopes it will smooth idle a bit.

 

The S5 does not have the EGR valve.

 

so no it won't throw a code.

 

Well that answers my question... Owned the car for 2.5 years and have never removed the upper intake.

 

this is a good thing! the advanced move is to do that with an FD...
