does anybody know which wires these are on an s5 n/a ecu? cant seem to find which one is for ignition and which one is for rpm signal.

 

you can grab rpm signal off the trailing coil or the bullet connector on the leading coil.

What are you exactly trying to do my friend?

 

trying to wire up this bee*r rev limiter. i got it to cut ignition but it only does it at 5k rpm and it wont lemme adjust it. im gonna try that either today or tomorrow. what about for ignition?

 

btw where can i find a pinout list for an n353 ecu. also what is the number for the trailing coil on the ecu

**** so you dont know what the pinout is? ex. 3c or 1v or some **** like that?

 

pretty sure the tach signal is 1V. But you could always grab the signal from the secondary coil wire as mentioned above.

 

you could also look up the wiring for an SAFC which would help you out.

 

are you sure thats for an s5? also wanna make sure i have the correct ignition signal too. i searched for wiring on the SAFC but every link i went to was dead...really wanna get this thing wire up before my first track day on saturday

ok thanks, from what i've seen i can wire to either 1G or 1V . also is the CAS a source for signal? cause tbh idk what sigal is supposed to even mean
