ignition wiring Q:

Im currently running a sidedraft carb (I'm not here for people flaming, telling me that its old technology or that efi is better)

I was wondering how i would go about setting up a 12a ignition on my fc. Any help would be appreciated.

yeah, the stock ignition is pretty good. I'd stick with it if I were you.

actually the only thing good about the stock ingnition are the ingnitors and coils, you can't really adjust the timing very well with the stock setup, I'm getting a 1st gen distrubuter from a 12a (which will work) using a 1st gen ingnitor with an MSD 6A, so I'll be able to adjust the max timing for my TII
