Ignition Timing

what is the spec on the leading ignition ? the hood (information stickers) i have is off an 88 tII mine is a 90 tII are the timing specs the same ? it says 5 degrees leading 20 trailing is this correct

it's 5 degrees ATDC and 20 degrees ATDC... NOT BTDC
