Turbo timer installation wiring help

I bought a Pivot turbo timer for my fc, and i need to connect 5 wires for it to work.
They are as follows:-

Red - Key switch off + 12V
Yellow - Ignition switch on +12V
Blue - ACC or ignition 2 +12V
Black - Body earth
Brown - Handbrake switch

Could you please tell me where do i tap those wires in? Thank you so much!!

You can find the wiring diagrams in the Factory Service Manual, which is located in the FAQ.

Thanks for your advise Aaron Cake.
I have read the FSM manual, on the igintion part, it shows there is four connectors,
First Connector - Two ports (B and IG1)
Second - Two ports (Acc and IG2)
Third - Four ports (K1, K2, L and E)
Four - One port (ST)

So, for my turbo timer, there are three wires which i need to hook up to these wires above,
could you tell me which one goes to which,
Red - Key switch off + 12V
Yellow - Ignition switch on +12V
Blue - ACC or ignition 2 +12V

Red, Ignition key off means you need a constant hot - That would be First Connector
Yellow, Ignition Key On means you need an ACC hot - Second Connector
Blue, ACC or ignition also means you need an ACC hot - I'd use the Third Connector just to give a separate power source.

Apexi turbo timer for NA/Turbo wiring enquiry

I have recently bought a apexi turbo timer for NA and turbo cars, because my car is NA, the car does not provide plug and play, so i would like to know where do i tap the wires to, there is a plug has three wires coming out from the timer, red, yellow and blue, i suppose they are going to the ignition, where shall i tap those wires, please indicate which harness and which colour wires? Also there is a brown wire for the brake switch, so where is the wire for that? I have open the mirror switch panel cover but i can not see the brake switch wire, therefore please indicate where can i find it. Many thanks!!!!!

OK, Im going to go ahead and ask the obvious question of why you feel the need to have your car run on after the key is shut off to allow the turbo to cool down after a hard run when there is NO TURBO IN THE CAR!!???

And any I have been involved in installing in the past...in turbo cars....we simply bought the adaptor harness. So it was plug and play...however in your case to even make it work your going to need to do some custom wiring since more than likely no one who has installed one in an N/A car (if its even happened) would be around to tell you how.

Best of luck, but I can't see any reason or justification for the cost.......just my .02cents...

Clipped from the on-line FSM:

NOTE! this picture is looking at the SWITCH side, not the harness side.

The hand brake signal is a single wire, but I forget the color.

I'm 100% certain that the ignition switch wiring is the same for turbo and NA. Since I've installed a turbo timeer in my turbo-NA car...There were just three wires to connect: a ground, +12V, and IGN. Check the Factory Service Manual for the wiring diagrams to get the appropriate wires (but from memory, +12V is thick black and IGN is thick black/white in a two wire harness that ends at a connector just before the steering column enters the dash on the underside...).

seconded. you wasted $xxx that you could have put towards something else. i mean its even called a 'TURBO' timer. thats like buying a bov for the n/a

also, turbo timers are pretty much moot on turbo rx7s too. we're water cooled.

Threads merged.

The wiring is the same, regardless of if the car is a non turbo or a Turbo.

Of course a non turbo car with a Turbo timer is the worst kind of rice, as it will actually result in increased wear of the engine

And a turbo timer is useless unless you have a Turbo engine with an aftermarket Turbo that does not have water cooling like the stock turbos do.

And these wires have been covered quite few times, as well as can be found in the factory service manuals which links for can be found in the FAQ for FC sticky thread found at the top of this, then 2nd gen RX-7 technical section.

and too toss that out, you also started a simular thread last week with the same questions. https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=569451

Is there some sort of problem here??? Perhaps you do not know what threads you have started or where to find them. You can select your profile and see all your posts and threads started:
