hello all, I have a 1988 RX7 and I need to remove the key lock cylinder. I took the screw out from the side and pull the part out with all the wires.

I can see the little part turning inside when the key turns. i also see a tiny hole close to the key cylinder and I put a paper clip in there but still can't pull the cylinder out.

am I doing something wrong. There is nothing wrong with the key cylinder, i need it for another car.

any help/instructions would be mostly appreciated

never mind I took the entire thing off.
