Is there a reason, other than space, that the stock ignition coils are placed so far away from each other? I´ve placed my Bosch coils like seen in the picture, and now when I think of it maybe there´s a reason why Mazda placed them where they did!?
Do you see a problem in the way I´ve placed them?

I see no problem.

I think it was mainly space constrictions.
