RAWR!
My rear coolant seal went friday because of a bad radiator cap over heating the engine and spewing all the coolant out!

Kinda scary that the rear rotor is the one to go.

Rear apex seals in my 88. Then got it back together and cracked the rear housing after 1200 miles.

Rear apex seal bent believe it or not, in the rear housing! it was weird! But none the less required new housing and all the rest of a rebuild... but with added street port, this was after 5,500 km's

you know, I am glad that I got an s5, being that I am not a big fan of stuff going 7k rpm and going *BOOM* at an area in close proximity to my person, if you know what I mean.

Also, was that one guy serious about the steam cleaning? If he was (sorry, forgot handle) how would you do it for an N/A?

Rear rotor, S4 NA, 120k miles, heavy carbon buildup, seized 6th ports (first & 2nd owners were women).

Tore up the rear rotor & housing nicely when the apex seal let go.

Not exactly true. What about oil injected two-cycle engines. Mainly dirtbikes. I even had a Suziki that had a separate oil tank and injection system.
