If you had 650.00 what would u buy?

Whats up people. I need some recommendations. I have 650 this month to spend on my car and probably another 1000 when i get my tax return. I already have cone intake, RB Header, and Presilencer. What should my next move be, besides a free flowing Cat? I'm thinking of grabbing a Crane- Hi 6, new plug wires, and pineapple racing sleeves. Please provide your input.. Oh by the way hopefully in the next 2 months I'll be getting a RB Lightweight Flywheel, new clutch and maybe pressure plate. So I'd like to focus on engine performance right now. Thanx guys

I would buy the suspension setup from Mazda motor sports. $1700 gets you everything. PU bushings. coil overs, springs, Konis, swaybars, everything but the rear toe elimenators. ($50 from Mazda trix) then the other stuff you can do a little at a time. this is probably the single largest amount of money I have to drop for one "box" of go fast. aside form wheels and tires. everything else is $700 or under. it is easy to save for stuff like that. hard when it is over $1500. get the suspension. I think it is on the last page of the online cataloge for the G2 7. check it out.

Well it all depends what your going for. If you are going for as fast a 1/4 miles time you can get then get some N2O and a muffler . If you auto-X get some supension. If your looking for reliability for anything you decide get a radiator and elec. fan.

What are you mentioning a "free flowing cat" for anyways? You shouldn't have any cats.

Well tell us what exactly your goals might be and then its easier to say what to get.

I just want to be able to stomp on type-r integra's and the civic with type-r engines. So i'm extremely concerned about the 1/4 mile. But after reading here is what I think I'm gonna do.

Learn how to launch my car properly -very important-

Pineapple racing sleeves
Apex N1 Single -- which is not included in that 650...
Port Intake -- If i can find someone that can do it
Underdrive pulleys
Crane Hi-6
RB Engine Brace
Plug Wires
New hoses all around

Over 3 month period

Fluidyne Radiator
RB Lightweight Flywhell
RB Pressure Plate
Aftermarket Clucth -suggestions??-
SS Brake lines
SS Oil Cooler Lines

any sugesstions to the list are very welcome

uuu. ya, the TB mod like I said and port the manifold yourself... Lightweight battery and relocation kit if u have money to throw away. Weight reduction is a must if u want to beat Type R civic. Infact it will be hard to beat a integra civic with intake exaust. U also forgot your S-AFC... make sure u dyno tune it to. U will be set.

Type R integras are overrated. People swere like N/A cant beat one but Type R are good for around 15.1 in the quarter. With these mods listed by both of us you should be mid 14s im guessing. Give or take.

Yo,

Believe it or not I saw a pretty stock ITR pull a 13.8 at Sac Raceway on drag TA's. It had taken him a long time to get there, but he did it. VERY impressive.

Thanx Von, I really appreciate yours and everyone elses input. I really hate the bastards around here (in the inland empire) that swear honda's are the sh*t. Don't get me wrong honda's are cool... if thats what your in to. But some of those guys swear their cars are untouchable.

Thanx Again Guys!!!!

well I would say turbo but it would cost you alot more so with

evans coolent and NOS and bur9eq spark plugs with high octain you'll love it. and it will be reliable.

ps make sure your car doesn't smoke..

You may think I'm nuts for saying this, but sell the N/A and start over with a TII. That's exactly what I did and I'm VERY glad I did it. I know it's your project and you've got time and $$ in it but it sounds to me that speed is important to you.

Just drive a nice BPU TII once. Rap out 3rd and 4th, that's all it will take.

Dude, I have the sweetest single exhaust for your car and will hook you up.

It's the JIC-bullet Spec90. Utilizes 90mm piping. This is lightweight stainless steel and exits the driver side. This is JDM spec. We have three available.

The quality of this beats the **** out of the Apexi. It has invisible TIG welds. Hence, no bronzing at the seams. It's gorgeous. If you want a pic, shoot me your e-mail. I have one on an FC as well.

Just got them last week.
