Okay, posted this a while ago. I recently put a motor BACK in a car... and its ported... and we're runnin stock fuel computers etc... but we got good intake and exhaust so we figured the car would still.... run....
PROBLEM: everything works except it doesn't inject fuel. I hooked a voltmeter up to test the ECU for error codes (since it just puts out voltage... and even local dealers don't have the "self diagnosis checker"). First problem: thermostat (code 3). Looked at the wires, yup it was a problem. Fixed. Did that this weekend. Right, anyway, now it jumps up to 12V or whatever for a couple seconds on BOTH test jumpers (yes its hooked up right) and then goes back to "0" and doesn't do anything else. No pause/repeat or anything. There isn't even an error code thats long, pause for both terminals anyway!

That means everythings OK. It doesn't inject fuel at all? How about spark? Sure the fuel pump is even running? Try jumpering the fuel pump connector? How about the CAS?

now that'd be a pisser... but it shouldn't matter should it? its still got pressurized gas runnin through it?
NOTE: this motor was sitting for 6 mos before it got put in here... i wouldn't think that would be a problem thow...
the reason i say its not getting fuel is cuz after i crank it for like 30 secs with WOT theres no gas on the plugs.

Don't crank at WOT, just try cranking regularly. Can you hear the fuel running through the rails when you jumper the fuel pump connector? Chances are they're hooked up backwards (which will not flow properly).

C'mon, now, im not a retard...
jumper the fuel pump connector... thats the yeller one on the psgr side, no?

Good chance like said that the rails are backwards which would prevent flow.
Now your second possibility.
The injectors/wiring.
I had a problem where there was an open circuit on my rear housing primary injector.
This prevented it from ever running. I had spark and everything but the rear hosuing was bone dry.
The front hosuing was flooded every time I pulled the plugs.
Get a multimeter and test for 12v on the ECU pinouts for the injectors.
If you get it there then so far your good.
Then check at the injector plug itself. Remember the injector completes the circuit so you'll need a jumper wire or the injector in.

okay... the fuel hose from the fuel filter goes to the pipe closest to the FLYWHEEL right?
What i'm saying... the fuel hose coming up from the black thing (as opposed to the bottom of the car) connects closer to the passenger compartment than the other hose.
RIGHT?

thanks a lot
new problem thow... i disconnected the hoses and realized that i had left the key in the on position.. ****!
Then i realized that there was no fuel coming out... The pump only turns on when its jumpered. Shiziznit!
So it goes to the LOWER part of the fuel rail first right? (the primaries, like somebody said...)

(oh one of the fuel lines has a big ole leak too... but i'll fix that later.

question, have you tried to crank it over since you switched the lines? With the key only in the on position i think the fuel pump only turns on for a few seconds and then shuts off until you try and crank the motor.

You should hear the circuit opening relay click when the key is turned to start, and when the yellow plug is jumpered (the relay is under the dash by the steering column), if that isn't working, check the 15A "engine" fuse...

Well if you go back to the fuel pump and take off the supply line put a hose on that and run to a gas can when you turn the key on it should pump fuel constantly because the line does not have pressure on it right ?
