if one head light is burned out will both not work

if one head light is burned out will both not work

my head lights go up and down but no light- driving or brights. anyone have a clue? i'll check the fuse first thing in the morning.

If your only problem is one headlight being out it should not affect the other one if it was in working order.

Further to above, if both high and low beams stopped working on one side at the same time, I'd check the ground wire for that bulb, which is common to both high and low beams. I should add, check the whole path, from connection to the headlight pin to the ground on the body.

check the headlight fuse.Located on the engine bay fuse block,
but Santos knows his stuff,could be a common Ground if you have No lights and a good fuse.

ill check when i get home. it's both sides high and low at the same time. im hoping its the fuse. thanks, chris@oakos.com
