So I'm having ignition issues possibly stemming from the clutch safety switch, as that's what's been told a million times. But what if it isnt? I know fuel pumps good because it's brand, new battery is aswell. So if not the switch then what?

 

Is it clicking and not cranking? More description is needed.

If it is the starter clicking, and your battery is good, try running an additional ground from the starter. An easier path back to the battery helps out a bunch.
