If i buy a clutch made for an 86-91 t2 and put it on an na would that matter?

If i buy a clutch made for an 86-91 t2 and put it on an na would that matter?Would that mess anything up whats the pros and cons of doing this?

thanks : P are there any good clutches i could get for my N/A that you would recommend? Thanks to replying to my other posts Hypntyz did that other guy ever talk to you about those front and rear bumpers you had for a S4? I emailed you asking if those would fit my car but i don't think you emailed me back!
Yes, I emailed you back, but it seems like your mailbox bounced it. Yes, they do fit your car, theyre just not the same as 89-91 bumpers, but they do bolt on. IFyou dont know the difference, study pics of an 86-8 car and an 89-91 car side by side to see the small differences.
Oh, and I hear ACT makes killer clutches for any application, street, strip, or all out race.
