hey i know a lot of you guys out there have the high idle surge (1200-1700) up and down up and down sooooo anoying well i had the porblem on my 89 na gsl checked vacuum leak couldnt fix adjusted tps didnt help (at all) adjusted timing EVERYTHING i could and i got bored today and just started messing with my maf took it off played with it (REALY boread ) put it back on and fixed i cant say thing will help every 1 but if you adjusted the tps cant find a vacuum leak i recommed checking you maf look in fsm under fuel
