Idle speed after rebuild

well the rebuild is in and running, but I need to bump the idle to 11 or 1200 while its breakin in a bit. anyways, should I adjust it via physically changing the tension on the throttle cable, or using the little screw on the whole throttle assembly (the one thats impossible to get at with the TB on the car!)

either way will work however I would recommend adjusting the idle screw itself
