Exclamation idle and revving problems...need help

I have a 87 n/a that is having problems running. when i first start it up cold, it will idle really crappy, and after a while it will die. when it is started up cold, you can rev it all you want, you can drive it for like 5 min. after cold start. after that, if you are still driving, it will start to jerk because the revs will drop. if you stop and try revving it, it will only rev up to 2500 - 3000 rpm then drop to 1000 and go back up to 2500 and drop and so on. i tried adjusting the idle screw, but it doesnt seem to affect anything. it has a new fuel pump and fuel filters. it has little to no exhaust system on it, and new spark plugs. i havent compression tested it yet (the ghetto way or the real way). I have a list of possibilities that could be wrong with it.

-fuel injectors
-throttle position sensor
- intake problem
-afm
-bac
-vacuum lines
-timing
-fuses
any elp would be apreciated and i before i got this car, it had not been run in 6 months or so

TPS and BAC would be the first things to look at, but you said you adjusted the idle screw??? which one do you think is the idle screw???

looks like a vacuum hose fell off look for the one on the passenger side of the engine you might just find the metal tube sticking out of the block one the side put your finger over it if it does not have a hose on it and see if idle gets better, if it does find the hose somewhere below. It sounds like that to me hope it works!
