Idle pulses when clutch in and in gear..

The car is said to have a brand new, not even broken in Clutchmasters clutch. When cold, the clutch in and in gear, my idle pulses and there are noises coming from the clutch/tranny area, what can this be?

Throwout bearing, maybe.

Does the noise start at the exact moment the peddle is beginning its travel (before the clutch is fully disengaged), or does it start maybe a second after the peddle is pushed?

uhm ,but its only when its in gear and the clutch in. The idle gets eratic and pulses and theres vibrations and noises comin from the clutch area.would that still be the throwout?

Thinking throwout for the noise, but the idle...hmmm...

Something in the tranny fixing to crap out and causing an abnormal load on the engine? I can only guess at this point. Only in gear, huh?
