Question idle /problems/suggestions

So my car is ahving some strange idle problems....

I did a search and I pretty much found a post that described all my problems which are a bouncing idle in nuetral and a streange idle when a/c is on. It was suggested to check the BAC and the TPS and check for a vacum leak.

So my question is:

1. What is the BAC
2. How do I clean the BAC
3. How do I check for a vac leak
4. And how or what do adjust on the TPS

Thanx fellas....
