idle problem

how do you adjust the idleing. i know there's an adjustment screw, but don't cha got to do something else beside that? when the car is at low idleing,the motor shakes a little . any advice or anything. thanx

Go to the FAQ at the top of this section and download the factory service manual for your car. The detailed procedure for setting the idle is in there. It's a bit more complicated than just turning a screw.

HINT: Before you post a question like this do some searches and read the threads related to your topic of interest. Just about everything you can imagine has been discussed here many times over. Also, when posting a question it's a good idea to let the readers know a little bit about your car--i.e., year, model, NA or Turbo, mods, and so on.
