Question IDLE:..one day its fine, next day its lean?

somedays i can have me SAFC set at +8% low @ 1K RPMS this gives me a solid 13:0 on my wideband and a great idle... THEN, the next day i get the car warmed up, drive it till its at normal temp. and i pull up to a stop sign, push in clutch, and it gets SUPER lean.. I have to change the SAFC to +28% because it gets so lean!!

then maybe an hour later, the next day or a week it will get super rich and i have to put it back down to +8% on the SAFC to get the idle back to 13:0 on the wideband....

this is such a random thing that i dont understand what it could be?? a vaccum leak would be constant and not like a random switch right??

any ideas?
