When I put my s5 gxl in 1st gear while not revving (imagine coming to a stop in 1st gear instead of going to neutral or at the light waiting for green), the idle bounces up and down until I drive off. It happens every time.

What's the problem to this?

does it do it in all gears at a stop? try putting it in second at a stop. see if it's common to all gears

 

if it's bouncing between 1500 and 2k then your idle speed is hung up and/or set too high.

 

Yeah its bouncing between 1k and 2k. I'll adjust my idle speed and see if it fixes it. I'll keep ya updated.
