idle adjustment step by step
Depends on how much you have removed. If you still have your BAC there is an adjustment screw. I'm not using my BAC right now because I had to put a new plug on and still need to finish grinding down the offset nub, so I just adjusted my throttle cable behind the TB/UIM. Its a little low still (700ish) but it works for now.
don't pull the throttle cable, it will make the car act weird on decel. There should be 1-2mm of free play with the throttle cable tensioned correctly. Set the idle speed with the stop screw for the primary butterfly.

loosen/remove the nut on the end. tighten the screw down to open the throttle plates and allow more air in. Tighten the nut again to lock it in place, being mindful that tightening the nut may push the screw down a bit.
