Ok well to bail you out a bit and keep it really simple... reach a screwdriver in the passenger near firewall side behind the intercooler (assuming still there), and turn the screw you see on the upper most part of the throttle body clockwise for higher rpm, counter for lower.
anything beyond this, achieving a good idle on that car is much more difficult than finding it in the book (by book we mean Factory Service Manual or FSM). There are like 4 or 5 different things that need to be checked and adjuated properly. Big jspec difference is the BACV doesnt adjust idle.

I just rebuilt everything last month. I used my USDM FSM for my throttle body adjustments and it worked fine. It covers blade pitch adjustments, thermowax adjustment, over center alignment, and throttle adjustment. So just use the English one. I'm not a mechanic and it was pretty self explanatory. Factory Service Manual, secondary intake system chapter or fuel delivery chapter, somewhere in there I believe
