idle adjustment

Well, my car is now running what I beleive is properly. It will not maintain an idle. I do not think that it is a vacuum leak any more. It runs well, could it be my TPS or idle speed? How do you adjust your tps? I know to search but I wanted a link to a how-to page on it if it exist.
