idle at 650.... tried to adjust it, but doesn't move.

I tried to turn counter-clockwise the air adjust screw on top of the TB, but nothing happened. Is it important to ground the test coupler to adjust it ? Did I screwed up something ?

I have an s5.

Yes, you have to ground it.
