Idle
I'v got an 87 Turbo 2, and I need to raise the idle about 300 rpm, what is the best way, throttle cable adjustment, or is there some other way to adjust it. Thanks, Phil

First do a search on this site which will tell you a lot of things, then do another search with the fsm on idle problems. After that do a nice tune up on your car if you haven't all ready.
Then re-adjust your TPS (throttle positioning sensor) into spec using a multimeter. If that's not helping the low idle then adjust your throttle adjust screw.
You should never have to adjust your throttle cable unless the car has been in an accident or has been rolled (a lot of stress on the entire frame). OR unless some jack-knife already messed with it thinking this would fix the low idle problem.
