so, my car loves me.

been tinkering on it, all of a sudden when i turn the key to on NONE of the idiot lights come on (including parking brake) but the clock does. none of the gauges show a reading except fuel level. car does not start, but it didn't start before the problem happened.

did some searching, and am going to take a look at the ignition switch first thing, but was curious about any other fuses/wires to check out. i read in one post that its possible the ignition switch could just go bad, a coworkers ignition switch did that exactly- went from perfectly fine to completely done, and had to get a new one.

Meter fuse....maybe. But if you've done a wiring swap it's anybodys guess.

 

that's a negative on wiring swap, still using s5 wiring harness with little to no modifications to it.
