like it says they are lit, but not all the way...I don't know what is going on...I have 5000 miles into the new motor and it is also consuming too much oil. I changed the oil 1500 miles ago and it was almost empty today. Anyone know what might be going on?Thank you in advance.

 

Which idiot light? All of them?

If it is all of them, that is a sign of a charging problem. Have the alternator and battery tested.

 

the idiot light cluster in our cars are known to have terrible cold soldier joints. take it out and if your good with a soldier gun, redo them all

On the subject of your oil. you must have a leak somewhere

does the engine smoke? If it's burning the oil off then the engine will smoke in some way. if you loosing it along the road while driving you have a massive leak. check your oil cooler, hoses and oil pan. and check for leaks after you park it

yes, all of them, but they are very dim...I just replaced the Alternator, and the battery is new. As for the engine I am going to Mr. Mazda, He installed my engine and it is still under warranty. Thanks you guys.

 

ok, well the lights are still on and they are dim....I unplugged the battery to let the ECU reset, but it didnt do anything. they flicker when i use the power windows.... the power door locks don't work anymore....things are slowly going downhill...I'm going to make an appt. with Mr. Mazda to take a look at it, hopefully it's not a major problem cuz i'm out of $$$.
