My car ideals fine but when i turn the heater or airconditioner on the rpm's start to bounce, whats wroung???

 

I have the same problem I believe it maybe in the bypass air controler or bac on the left hand side of the diffusion chamber.I'm still searching for a way to adjust the bac.

 

It's most like the BAC valve. Dirty, sticky or bad. Adjusting it won't help. Pull it off, and clean it inside thoroughly with carb cleaner. Keep in mind that there are rubber parts in there, so whatever product you use should be rubber safe.
