Ideal ALIGNMENT specs??

Does anyone have any recommendations for an average sport-type set up without too much treadwear or driveability sacrafice?

Toe ________0.00/0.30 (0.17/0.19)

Rear

Toe ________ 0.00/0.30 (0.54/0.88)
